Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 apple
1/3 cup “So Delicious Coconut Milk”
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla creme flavor)
Mix the banana, apple, coconut milk and yogurt together in a blender. Once it reaches a smooth consistency, add the protein powder. Mix until blended, and pour into a cup!
Best if you drink right after a workout. (PP+6)
